Faith Wagner, SHRM-CP, is the owner of AZ People Ops. She is a SHRM certified HR professional with eight years of direct HR experience and nineteen years of experience in Education and People Development.  She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development in 2003.  

Faith leverages a strength-based approach in People Operations to assist companies soar to success.  She collaborates with businesses to provide tools, skills, and resources that empower employees and promote safe and positive work environments.
